Our Story

Welcome to Apex Dogs, a venture born from our genuine passion for dogs and the everyday struggles we faced as dog owners. When our boxer Hercules was only 1 years of age he got attacked at a local dog park by a dominant male dog. I had to break up the fight and pin the other dog down until the owner secured it on its leash. It was a scary and traumatising event for both Hercules and I. With multiple puncture wounds on his legs, chest and face I rushed him to the vet. Ever since then Hercules has been reactive to other male dogs so walking him can be quite hard at times. We needed a leash that we could keep him close to our side so we had better control when we pass other dogs on the street.

Frustrated with the lack of quality leashes that catered to our needs, we decided to create our own solution. After months of testing multiple product samples we came up with a design that is functional and looks great.

Our goal is to elevate everyone's dog-walking experience by offering a leash designed with both you and your furry friend in mind, making every walk or adventure safe and hassle free.
