1. Webbing straps:

The Webbing is made from tightly woven polyester and has a layer of ultra soft neoprene stitched to the inside.

2. Chest pate:

The chest plate is a firm but flexible EVA foam with strong tightly woven polyester on the front. The inside is covered in a layer of ultra soft neoprene.

3. D-Rings:

All D-Rings are made from 316 stainless steel providing unbeatable corrosion resistance.

4. Adjustment buckles:

All adjustment buckles are made of zinc alloy and have been electroplated.

1. Where do we ship from?

All orders are packed and shipped from Sydney Australia.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

For each order there is a 1-2 business day processing time.

Depending where you are the shipping times may vary.

Within Australia standard tracked orders will take between 2-6 business days.

International 7-14 business days.

Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@apexdogs.com. 

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are required to pay postage for all returns.

Please note that you MUST use an appropriate sized mailer and do not fold the harness chest plate to fit it into a smaller mailer.

This will cause creases on the chest plate and your return will not be accepted.

Our harnesses are built to last a lifetime. As long as they're used as intended (and not as a chew toy), we've got you covered.

If anything ever goes wrong due to fault in materials or workmanship and the harness is unusable, we'll replace it. Just send us an email and we can help process a free replacement.
