Our Story

Hey there, welcome to Apex Dogs! 

We're a small Aussie brand founded by Lucie, Nathan and our adventure loving boxer Hercules :)

Apex Dogs began as a solution to a problem we faced on a daily basis. Like so many owners of deep chested breeds like boxers, we wanted gear that was durable, non- restrictive, didnt chafe and actualy fit his deep chest. We were frustrated that we couldn't find any harness that would actually fit Hercules properly, that was durable and non-restrictive. Most harness designs are just bigger versions of small dog designs and are not suitable for large breeds with deep chests. So we decided to create our own!

We have spent over 2 years testing different samples, designs and suppliers until we finally came up with products that ticked all the boxes for us and we are proud of. We've poured our hearts into designing products that are not only durable and functional, but also comfortable for the dogs and practical for their owners. Our mission is to have the best possible gear for dogs and their humans and we are dedicated to constantly improving and innovating our range. Customer feedback is extremely important to us! We want to have a community, not just a transaction.
